Back Office Systems/CRMs

I'm looking at a whole reboot of our support systems, and I wonder if you'd help out by giving me a quick comment about the back office system you use please? Good and bad, what you'd like to have but don't, and what you find really useful.

I'm happy to feedback on what we use, and what I find out.

  • Thanks to those who've fed back to me. 

    We use Plum Software and whilst impressed with the improvements they're making post Praemium, we've a bigger plan in the mix and want to make sure that we've covered every angle when looking at our back office.
