PROD rules

Hi All,

What is everyone's approach to the new(ish) PROD rules and how has your company tackled some of the issues? As I understand it's basically to stop advisers shoehorning clients into generic propositions and to make advice more personalised.

I know Rory Percival is very keen on client segmentation to help tackle PROD and he suggests something similar to the following image. Has anyone adapted a framework similar to the below?
